Happy Spring!

  1. The March Zoning Board of Appeals Workshop  drew 48 participants from 16 communities in and around Winnebago County.  Thanks to the Village of Fox Crossing, Village of Harrison, and the Center for Land Use Education for making it possible!
  2. Mark your calendar – there will be a Plan Commissioner workshop  on Monday, May 22 from 5:15-8pm at the Town of Algoma Town Hall.  Here is a brochure to share with Plan Commissioners and local town officials.  Registration information can be found in the brochure
  3. Be sure to check out the Local Land Use, Planning and Zoning Wisline teleconferences.  Here is the link to the brochure.  The next topics in April and May are “Case Law Updates” and “Business Improvement Districts”.  Please note that we are no longer hosting these at the JP Coughlin Center, but you can register and listen in at your convenience on your home or office phone.
