The UW-Extension swine team is trying to get swine farmers connected with veterinarians willing to work on swine. In wanting to be proactive getting swine clients connected with veterinarians prior to the January 2017 Veterinary Feed Directive changes, we are building a map of veterinarians in Wisconsin and the surrounding states that serve swine clients in Wisconsin. You can view the map below.
If you know of a veterinary clinic that should be on this map, please encourage the clinic to visit the Swine Veterinary Survey. The survey itself should only take about 15 minutes or less to complete. A paper copy and postage-paid return envelope for this survey can be requested from: 608-297-3141 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Paper surveys can be returned to: Marquette County UW-Extension, PO Box 338, 480 Underwood Avenue, Montello, WI 53949 or faxed to 608-297-9161, Attn: Lyssa Seefeldt, Marquette County UW-Extension.
The map below will be updated periodically. **Note: this is not an all-inclusive list of veterinary clinics that serve swine clients, but rather a listing of veterinary clinics that agreed to participate in this mapping project.** You can click on each marker on the map below to find out which veterinary clinic is near you, what services they provide, and additional information about the clinic.
If you have questions about this map or the survey of veterinarians that service swine clients, contact Lyssa Seefeldt at 608-297-3141 or email@example.com.
If it is easier for you to search through a list, check out the Google Sheet below of Veterinary Clinics that Service Swine Clients. Note that this list scrolls up & down as well as left & right
