This Summit is a forum to establish a linkage between the interests of Wisconsin and Illinois for the sustainable use, management and protection of our shared water resources within the Fox River watershed. The program highlights issues of concern – current and emerging – in both states, including a look at several efforts addressing watershed issues today and opportunities to plan for future action. Dr. Jerome Delli Priscoli, US Army Corps of Engineers, Institute for Water Resources, will be our keynote speaker to help provide insight and guidance on the role and function of river basin organizations in achieving equitable governance of this common resource.
