Conference is held at North Central Technical College
CEU credit(s) available for the conference.
Friday – Slow Food Dinner price is $37.50
Slow Food Dinner Menu choices are:
- Option 1 – smoked pork porterhouse with maple brine, cauliflower grits, roasted carrots and coffee gastrique
- Option 2 – Scottish salmon with roasted garlic whipped potato, french beans, and tomato confit
- Option 3 – roasted portobello tower, vegetable ratatouille, polenta crisp, red pepper coulis
All three choices will include seasonal salad with maple mustard vinaigrette, dinner rolls and
summer berry pie with lavender cream.
Saturday conference is $45 which excludes lunch. Half day conference (am or pm) is $25.00 (Optional lunch is $12.00 extra and must be requested at the time of registration.)
Saturday lunch menu is:
- Bacon wrapped pork
- Chicken Marsala
- Vegetarian lasagna
Lunch includes a variety of side choices, beverage, and dessert and is being prepared by the NTC food center chef
Registrations will be available at the door, however, lunch is EXCLUDED: $50 for all day Saturday, $25 for half day (am or pm).
Refund Policy: No Refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place.
