2018 Organic Vegetable Production Conference

Registration and Event Information

The inaugural 2017 conference brought together 200 participants from around the Midwest and beyond.  This year’s conference will feature farmer panels on cauliflower, cucumbers, tomatoes, strawberries, and niche hoop house crops.  There will also be interactive sessions on labor recruitment, equipment for every farm size, favorite varieties, and more.

This conference is based on farmer to farmer networking and information sharing.  Extension specialists support the dialogue with research based information on diseases, pests, and fertility.  Detailed handouts on the featured vegetable crops are provided to all participants.  Interpretation is available in Hmong and Spanish.

Registration: The registration fee prior to January 9th is $125 per person for the full conference and $75 per person for one day.  After January 9th the registration fee is $145 per person for the full conference and $85 per person for one day.  Registration includes lunches and snacks.
