4-H Cloverbud Workshop at Schumacher Farm Park: May 19, 2018

This special workshop for 4-H youth in 5K – 2nd grade will be a fun, hands-on exploration of life on an old-fashioned farm! Schumacher Farm Park showcases farm life and work as it was in the 1930s. Cloverbuds will get to do a scavenger hunt of the farm land and buildings, meet the chickens on the farm, do science experiments with eggs, and explore the farm’s heirloom vegetable garden.

Date & Time: Saturday, May 19 from 9:30 am – 11:30 am at Schumacher Farm Park, Waunakee.

This event is open to any Cloverbud enrolled in a Dane County 4-H Club.

Cloverbuds should wear older clothes and comfortable walking shoes for this workshop. We will be outside on the farm and we might get dirty!

Parents or caretakers are encouraged to attend and participate to help their child have a successful experience. There is not a charge for parents or caretakers.

The registration fee covers the program fee, supplies, and a small snack.

Per youth cost: $5 per youth.
