Tighter labor markets drive up dairy wages

As the overall economy keeps warming up, the U.S. unemployment rate now has reached a 10- to 11-yeary low at 4.3 percent in May 2017. That employment figure does nothing to help dairy farmers with their current labor and financial situation.

What is certain is farm labor wages have climbed.
