REMINDER – Our next Plan Commissioner Network meeting is next Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 6-8pm at the J.P. Coughlin Center, 625 E County RD Y, Oshkosh. 

Workshop topic:  Understanding your conflict style and how it impacts your role as a local official.

 This will be an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to help you understand and explore your conflict style and what it means for your role as a local official.  We’ll explore how your style impacts communication on your board and with the public, as well as tools and techniques for managing meetings and difficult conversations.  As always, we’ll have the chance to learn from each other, too, so bring your experiences and a willingness to share.
