Explore the current and future of energy efficiency in manufacturing during this lecture series sponsored by the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the German-American Chamber of Commerce.

Led by Dr. Egon Muller, the head of the Department of Factory Planning and Factory Management at the Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany, this session will also focus on how some German-based companies incorporate innovative, real-world energy efficiency solutions into their projects using the latest technology. Muller and his team work on the development of future production structures and new factory concepts in mechanical and plant engineering and for the automotive industry and its suppliers.

Dr. Muller will:
•  Explore how German-based companies incorporate innovative, real-world energy efficiency solutions into their projects
•  Examine the latest technology and tools used in these efforts
