UW-Extension Environmental Outreach @ the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center

Through partnerships with community organizations, businesses, tribes, and individuals, UW-Extension’s Environmental Resources Center provides educational programs that promote the sustainability of Lake Superior region’s coastal and natural resources for the benefit of communities and cultures that rely on them.

We develop and implement innovative educational programming in collaboration with Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center partners, tribal communities, citizens, schools and natural resource professionals to address natural resource issues affecting the Lake Superior region.
