Wausau Chef Clint Schultz of Urban Bistro will team up with Megan Cain to present the 2nd Annual Slow Food Dinner! Megan will give her after dinner presentation ’10 Mistakes I Made In My Vegetable Garden So You Don’t Have To’!
- Cider brined pork tenderloin with potato gratin and carrot soufflè.
- Cedar Creek grilled salmon with fall herb butter, potato gratin and carrot soufflè.
- Sweet potato and squash lasagna with braised greens
All of the above served with fresh rolls and infused dipping oil.
Winter green salad, door county cherry vinaigrette.
Maple créme brûlèe.
Locally roasted coffee.
Saturday: listen to national and regional speakers, view educational exhibits, enjoy Garden Vision’s photography contest submissions, take a chance on our raffle, meet and greet our speakers, authors, vendors and shop. The conference is open to the public and you do not have to be a Master Gardener to attend; we welcome anyone with an interest and curiosity in gardening!
