Pheasant Run

Pheasant Run is a conservation design subdivision developed by Nett Land & Development. It includes shared open space, a walking trail, and lots that are slightly smaller than the norm in rural subdivisions. This type of design allows municipalities and residents a way to build green space into residential land use.
