New Farm-Fresh Vegetables Series from the Learning Store

Vegetable gardening, growing tomatoes, carrots, squash, beans, beets, peas, cabbageNow available on the UW-Extension Learning Store is a series of four brochures aimed at helping consumers make the most of farm-fresh vegetables throughout the growing season. Each four-page brochure offers practical tips for buying, storing, and cooking three types of fresh vegetables and includes a unique recipe for each vegetable. The brochures were produced by the UW-Extension Cooperative Extension Emerging Agricultural Markets Team.
