21 DAY RACIAL EQUITY HABIT BUILDING CHALLENGE

Join us for the 2017 Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge.

 APRIL 9-29

The 21 Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge, hosted nationally by Food Solutions, New England, is an opportunity to commit to daily learning and action on challenging racism in our lives, work, and personal relationships.

In Wisconsin, we have supplemented this set of resources with additional learning materials, many focused specifically on racial equity in Wisconsin. This flexible program approach allows each participant to tailor their learning based on their own goals and starting point.

UW-Extension’s Community Food Systems Team and 4-H Youth Development Expanding Access Team are hosting an orientation webinar on April 6th to support  participation in the challenge across Wisconsin.

The 21 Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge is for people of all racial and identity backgrounds seeking to deepen their understanding of institutional racism, systems of power and privilege, and contemporary thought on working towards equity. By participating in the challenge, we all will advance personal commitments to action and connect advocacy networks across colleagues, partners, and friends.
