New for 2012 Dane County Fair
Dane County Fair will be implementing important exhibitor changes for 2012. The Fair board has approved a Fair exhibitor and all species fee structure that will be implemented for the 2012 season. Much research and careful deliberation were given prior to making this decision. However, the increasing expenses incurred by the Fair coupled with the challenging economy have prompted some tactical changes to keep the Dane County Fair a strong and healthy youth event for the future.
2012 Exhibitor Fees:
- $3.00 Exhibitor Fee-all Youth exhibitors, except Cloverbuds.
- $1.00 Large Animal Fee {Dairy, Beef, Swine, Sheep, Goats, Horses (including Trailer-in) and Llama/Alpaca and Donkey}.
- $0.50 Small Animal Fee {Poultry, Rabbit, Dog, Cat, Pocket Pet, Peacock/Peahen, Cavies, Cage Birds & Any Other Small Exotic Animal}
In an effort to keep total Fair costs to our exhibitor families reasonable, the Fair board further approved that pre-ordered 2012 Season Admission Passes for exhibitors and family members will remain at the 2011 rates. The Fair board and management will continue to strive to make the Dane County Fair a great family event that showcases Dane County youth.
